little moments

It's little moments like this that I love and make life seem so complete. As I stand at the sink, the mid morning sun creeping across the yard I wash bottles while my breakfast is cooking in the waffle iron. My little one is resting peacefully on his comfy bear mat to the sound of easy listening music flowing out of the iPad. (thank you iTunes radio) I literally experience elation and joy and love and gratefulness-something I hope you each experience on a regular basis. So I stop and take it in...to truly appreciate moments like this and give thanks to the Man upstairs for blessing us so richly.

Oh how I wish I could have mornings like this everyday. Sadly, I must return to work in June but will take advantage of every moment with Saw man until then. I hope you will all stop, savor and appreciate those little moments in your life. Because before you know it your hit with several moments like below....

life lately

Holy crap! I can't believe saw man will be 2 months old on Tuesday. Where has the time gone? I only have 2 more weeks at home with my little man so I intend to enjoy them to the fullest, but to catch you guys up on things here's what we've been up to lately.

He loves to nap in moms arms.

Sweet Mother's Day gift from Aunt Ensley. Those are his footprints. She tricked me by telling me she needed them for an extra credit project....sneaky girl.

I have become totally addicted to sundrop. I limit myself to 1 a day but seriously have a problem. I have to put it in the freezer for about 10-15minutes and have a straw to drink it but so tasty.

These are my grandparents and great Aunt admiring little man. They love and are so proud of him.

This pretty much consumes my day but is so worth it. We are feeding Sawyer strictly breast milk. He nurses ok from the boob but we have found he does so much better when I pump and feed him from the bottle. My goal is a year on breast milk at a minimum 6 months. Keep us in your prayers.

Out to dinner with my two handsome men.

And we can't forget about our little Drakers.

Cousin Natalie loves her little saw man. We all got to spend the day together and had so much fun.

I love this little cuddle bug. And no we are not co-sleeping.

Trying to eat better....trying.

Finally got back under that squat rack.

Watched my awesome niece tear it up at her dance recital. She's my mini-me-scary.

In love with that little one.

This is when he was getting his feet painted blue for my gift. Ain't he just so darn cute?!

Loving my Solly Baby Wrap and so does Sawyer.

Snoozing.

Sawyer is dozing in his swing while I enjoy the beautiful day from inside. Loving our sunroom and this amazing May weather.

Just thought this was cute and funny.

I can't believe how much he has grown. This was not long after coming home from the hospital. *sigh

Hope you are all well. I'm off to pump and feed little man.

Pamper her
Who doesn't love a massage and relaxation? This would be especially wonderful for the brand new first time mom. (like me if you are reading this dear)

 Amplify Salon & Spa

Stylish Sunnies
Get her ready for summer with a new pair of sunglasses. Aviators are always in style but your options are endless. These are my faves.

    Ray-Ban Aviators

Show your love year round
This magnet lets you record a video so you can share sweet messages for mom all year long. What a great way to start the morning. Or you could use it for something practical like reminders to pick up the dry cleaning.... hey, whatever floats your boat.
